Aren’t you tired of making the same smoothie every day?

 

Here is a list of 14 wonderful products for making a healthy smoothie which will inspire you to try something different.

It is important to note that these are not recipes for making smoothies but only a list of healthy ingredients which you can use for the preparation of a delicious and healthy drink.

2. Yoghurt – You’d better look for natural, organic yoghurt which has no sugar or corn syrup added. Certainly the content of probiotic live cultures is bigger in such product.

4. Liquid essential fatty acids – Add fish oil, salmon liquid oil, flaxseed oil or walnut oil. Essential fatty acids promote good health in many ways including the good skin complexion.
