3. You have to be certain that there will be someone to receive your package at the address you’ve given.
4. If you are not sure of the address or whether there will be someone to receive the package, please give another delivery address.
5. Swanson Europe shall not be responsible if customers filled their delivery address in incorrectly.
6. There is a risk that the customers won’t receive their article if they give an incomplete address or there is no one at the respective address to receive the package.
Customs & Restrictions & Refund Policies
In compliance with international laws, we will state the full value of your order on the shipping label.Your order will include an invoice, indicating the name, quantity and price of each product.
Swanson Health Product Europe is not responsible for any and all packages detained, impounded, delayed or returned to us by the country’s customs department or clearing/brokerage agencies. It is the full responsibility of the customer to ensure that these vitamins and supplements are allowed by their customs. If an item is returned to us due to non-compliance issues with your country’s laws or regulations, a refund will be issued for the merchandise only.
To avoid delayed delivery of your order, we ask that you contact your customs office and ask about import regulations and restrictions. Becoming familiar with your country’s policies prior to ordering makes ordering and shipping much easier for us and for you! Not knowing these regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties, the delivery being delayed or even returned.
