Your order will be delivered in 2 business days by DHL Express after you have submitted your request. Business days do not include official holidays, Saturdays and Sundays. If you have submitted your order after 15:00, then your parcel will be shipped the next day.

Returns and Refunds
Swansoneurope.com guarantees that you must be 100% satisfied with your purchase, or we'll refund the total cost of the product(s) purchased within the last 12 months, including return postage costs on domestic orders. Items received beyond the eligibility date will be discarded and credit will not be issued. Please note: all returns valued at 500 EUR or more will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Returns may be refused on an individual basis due to repeat patterns indicative of abuse.
If you are not satisfied with your product(s) purchased within the last 12 months for any reason, simply return the unused portion along with a detailed explanation of the reason(s) for your return to the address below.
Credit card orders will be refunded by the card used for your most recent purchase of each specific item.
