Why can’t I find my tracking number in the DPD system?

Your tracking number is traceable in the DPD system 3 days after you have completed your order.

Within what timeframe shall I receive my parcel?

Your order will be delivered between 5 and 7 business days after you have submitted your request. Business days do not include official holidays, Saturdays and Sundays. If you have submitted your order after 15:00, then your parcel will be shipped the next day.

Where are the products shipped from? 

Swanson Health Products Europe /www.swansoneurope.com/ is the Official Distributor of Swanson Health Products /www.swansonvitamins.com/ USA for Europe. All the products that are available on our official website www.swansoneurope.com are manifactured and imported from the USA.

We have two delivery locations: 

For Eastern Europe shipped from: Bulgaria

For Western Europe shipped from: Germany

Should the products be cleared through customs?

The products DO NOT need to undergo customs clearance. (Valid only for EU member countries).
All the fees and duties of the products at www.swansoneurope.com are allready included in the current price of the products. There is no extra charges.

We do our best to meet the expectations of all our European customers by gradually importing new products from www.swansonvitamins.com. Returns and Refunds

Swansoneurope.com guarantees that you must be 100% satisfied with your purchase, or we'll refund the total cost of the product(s) purchased within the last 12 months, including return postage costs on domestic orders. Items received beyond the eligibility date will be discarded and credit will not be issued. Please note: all returns valued at 500 EUR or more will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Returns may be refused on an individual basis due to repeat patterns indicative of abuse.

If you are not satisfied with your product(s) purchased within the last 12 months for any reason, simply return the unused portion along with a detailed explanation of the reason(s) for your return to the address below.
