Payment

 

All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped.

 

Shipping Policies

 

Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase. If an item is lost during shipping, the total cost of item, including shipping, will be refunded to the buyer by the seller.

is secured by our web and data base server. The credit card numbers and other payment information is processed only by SSL encripted server of Paypal or other Credit Card processing companies. We do not view/store/process that kind of information in our own servers.  

 

Declaration of Revocation

 

Swansoneurope.com guarantees that you must be 100% satisfied with your purchase, or we'll refund the total cost of the product(s) purchased within the last 12 months, including return postage costs on domestic orders. Items received beyond the eligibility date will be discarded and credit will not be issued. Please note: all returns valued at 500 EUR or more will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

 

Returns may be refused on an individual basis due to repeat patterns indicative of abuse.

 

If you are not satisfied with your product(s) purchased within the last 12 months for any reason, simply return the unused portion along with a detailed explanation of the reason(s) for your return to the address below.

Credit card orders will be refunded by the card used for your most recent purchase of each specific item.

When will the credit card of the customer debited?

 

The money from you credit card will be debited when you click "Proceed to payment" button, fill out the information about your Paypal account or Credit card information and then click "Finish" on the credit card processor site. If the transaction is successful, your credit card will be debited and the order will be received in our warehouse for packaging and shipping.

At this moment we as company (Swanson Health Products Europe) are obliged to send the order as soon as possible to you (as customer).

 

Shipping and Delivery

 

The packaging of every order will be done in the next business day. The order will be delivered within 1-2 business days with DHL shipping company. More information about shipping and delivery can be found on our Delivery Page

 
 

Customs & Restrictions & Refund Policies

 

In compliance with international laws, we will state the full value of your order on the shipping label.Your order will include an invoice, indicating the name, quantity and price of each product.

 

Swanson Health Product Europe is not responsible for any and all packages detained, impounded, delayed or returned to us by the country’s customs department or clearing/brokerage agencies. It is the full responsibility of the customer to ensure that these vitamins and supplements are allowed by their customs. If an item is returned to us due to non-compliance issues with your country’s laws or regulations, a refund will be issued for the merchandise only.

 

To avoid delayed delivery of your order, we ask that you contact your customs office and ask about import regulations and restrictions. Becoming familiar with your country’s policies prior to ordering makes ordering and shipping much easier for us and for you! Not knowing these regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties, the delivery being delayed or even returned.

 

Please be aware of any personal purchase limits set by your country. If your order exceeds the limit, you will need to arrange for a broker to clear your package through customs.
