Well if you are young in your system function okay like your digestive system. You do not need this pills. You can take the Vitamen 12 in your daily life like fruits,vegetables,dairy and meat. However if you are old that system is weak. Then this is helpful like perhaps 50 years above. The digestive system is slow so we need this pills easier to disolved in our body

Je ne suis pas satisfait de ce produit que j'ai reçu et qui contient pas moins de 20 autres ingrédients dont aucun ne figurent sur cette page. Je suis très déçu de cet achat perdu et heureusement que le produit ne coute pas trop cher car je n'ai pas l'intention de le consommer à cause de certains ingrédients.
