hi sheila here is this cinnamon alright for me to take with meds i am on highbloodpresure tabs tyried tabs diebites 2 tabs i b s would i be able to take this i also have a bad inflamition in my stomach which happened from meds they changed the tab but i am still in pai that was only 5 days ago it was changed i am taking apple cider viniger with mother and tumirick at night in milk please reply i also that omega 3 thank you regards sheila
