I used to buy Vitamin D3 5000 IU, however in my last order the product has been changed, and the list of "other ingredients" are huge, including very toxic and unhealthy ingredients. No longer to buy here and find a healthier product in other place.

I don't usually wright reviews, only reason now is because it only has one review and it was so unfair. I am avoiding most additives because of oversensitivity and because of principles, and I consider myself as extreme one can get without being stupid (I allow a handfull of harmless additives when there are no choice). And Magnesium stearate is one of the very few additives I accept, it's just magnesium and a fatty acid called stearate, it's not poison. I avoid preservatives, sugars, colours, flavours, and most other additives also. Looking for a high dose vitamin D since my usual brand has stopped producing it, all I could find did contain additives that I don't accept. And I really need vitamin D. Finally I found this one that only contained one "additive", and it is an accepted one. Therefore it feels unfair to me the purest vitamin D I could find, the only one that meets my standards, has such a negative review. So I want to tell I am very happy with Botanic Choice, just bought my first bottle and they will be my brand of choice from now when it comes to vitamin D. And it is simply because they DON'T contain unacceptable additives! I open three capsules and put the content in a smoothie every monday, (3 capsules/week). I try to take the equivalent to 2000-4000IU/day, but in one single dose per week, with vitamin D that is possible. And that is more convenient with high dose capsules.

Do we need stearates along with our D3?? I will not purchase Swanson products as the additives negate any benefits. Are we all fools???
