My name is Anne, 70 years. Started to take Cordyceps and Lion’s Mane from Swanson yesterday, one in the morning to give me energy to do my dayly yoga. In the evening I take 1 capsule of Lion’s Mane. I open the capsules and mix the powder er with some water. Cordyceps tastes excellent, like a 5star mushroom. Found out I don’t tolerate the material of which the capsules are made, nor any other extra product like magnesium (it causes me the most terrible headaches). I like the Swanson products (opening the capsules) because they seem to be pure, without any mixing. During this last year I suffered from very bad neck- and headaches especially during the night, waking up with pain and a bad mood. It is hardly believable that after one day taking the pills, I woke up without pain and feeling fresh, renewed with a happy feeling to start the day. And later, after breakfast swallowing my second 5star mushroom. Please, don’t change your product and don’t raise the price.
