This one is really good, I have stomach problems but the mornings feel much better now. It kinda feel like a cleansing in the morning.

Seems to do the trick for me...keeps everything running along smoothly .I just take one in the morning and one at night... The value is great compared to some others I have tried that are much more expensive .this is all that I need.
