I noticed a change in terms of my body getting softer as soon as I started taking these, I think it may be because the boron decalcifies soft tissues. And the fact that it's more than 3 mg per capsule is a big plus. So I'm very happy with the product, I just wish that you offered one with at least 90 capsules or more per bottle.
