Since our lives are stressful and we cannot possibly ingest all the veggies/ fruits we needs. Taking vitamin B's could strengthen your immune system consult your doctor. The size of capsule is ok. Yes your urine will look a deeper color. As I was told by a doctor take the vitamin with food like all vitamins. With exercise, taking vitamins, and eating a healthy diet. It is the best anyone can do for themselves is add a vitamin like vitamin B's.
