Magnesium oil spray by Swanson Ultra is a super-saturated spray of pure magnesium chloride and water. Nothing else. It is extracted from a place deep underground – the Ancient Zechstein Lake in the Netherlands. Health expert Barbara Hendel recommends daily use of magnesium oil.
